Could One Vote Count?
North Logan City Manager Jeff Jorgenson said votes for the mayoral race in North Logan, where Cary Watkins currently holds a 740-739 lead over Allen D. Kartchner; and a second council seat, where one vote separates Steve Soulier and Troy Oldham, won’t be official until Nov. 17, when the votes are canvassed.
